OK: You've bought and installed one of our plug-in collections, but you're still get the demo sign on your renders?

This could happen if you originally installed the demo versions of our plug-ins; Final Cut doesn't recognize the new plug-ins after a restart and still uses the demo versions.

Final Cut Pro:

• quit Final Cut Pro and open the folder: your user name / Library / Preferences / Final Cut Pro User Data
• delete the file: Final Cut Pro POA Cache
• empty your OSX trash and restart Final Cut Pro
• now Final Cut Pro recognizes the new Plug-ins

Final Cut Express:

• quit Final Cut Express and open the folder: your user name / Library / Preferences / Final Cut Express User Data
• delete the file: Final Cut Express POA Cache
• empty your OSX trash and restart Final Cut Express
• now Final Cut Express recognizes the new Plug-ins

Please keep in mind: If you have applied any CGM demo plug-ins in the timeline, you need to manually replace them with the full versions.
