De-interlace
If
you want to give standard video a 35mm film look, you
need to de-interlace interlaced video footage. The De-interlace
filter changes interlaced video into progressive video
without losing any image resolution. This is because only
the moving objects are interpolated whereas the still
areas are not changed.
